03 is an unreleased Full Cycle/V tune which Frost & Bryan Gee were playing around September/October 1993. A dubplate of the tune which DJ Harmony put on soundcloud was labelled Jumping Jack Frost, so it could be the Jumping Jack Frost – The Punisher tune (probably produced by Roni Size/Krust) which he put in a top 10 list in October 1993 as a forthcoming V release.
