I was teenager who visited London from New Zealand for all of 2 weeks in 1992 for a wedding. I was wandering around London and came upon the Luckyspin records store and went in to check it out. The music was another level above the cheesy rave stuff that (and even that was hard to come by in NZ at the time). I didn’t know where to start but the guy behind the counter sold me this mixtape and one by DJ Crystl and sent me on my way. I thrashed this tape for years. D&B slowly kicked off in NZ in the following years but initially my friends thought I was mental for listening to this stuff. Brings back great memories.
